He has been working in education in various forms since entering the professional world, currently at the International School Utrecht. In addition to his teaching experience, he has a strong affinity for mindfulness and meditation, which he actively integrates into both his personal and professional life.<\/p>\n<p>His work at the International School Utrecht closely involves him in an international community, which gives him multiple perspectives on the specific challenges of this adventure. Together with Najuan, he co-facilitated the first fatherhood dialogue series for international fathers. The aspect of this project Lucas feels most passionate about is holding a space where men can feel safe enough to speak openly about their emotions during a pivotal period of their lives.
